Where are the clothes made?
All clothing items are printed locally, here in New York. We take pride in supporting small businesses. We use t-shirts from eco-friendly wholesalers like Independent Trading Company and Bella+Canvas. 
Where are your packaging/shipping materials made out of?
We are trying our very best to use sustainable practices when it comes to our shipping materials. Many of our items are either made from recycled materials and/or are compostable. 
I (or someone I know/am related to) am interested in being a model for Mosaic the Label. Who do I contact?
That's great! We only work with models who are two or more races. If you are interested in future modeling opportunities, please email info@mosaicthelabel.com. 
I have an idea for a shirt! Where should I send it to?

Who designs the items?
All designs are created specifically for Mosaic the Label. At the moment, we do not wholesale designed items (only blank items we can make our own). 

When are orders usually packed up?

We usually pack orders the day after the order is placed. This allows time for any errors to be corrected (wrong address, wrong size) or for an item to be added on to an order if it was left off. 

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, we do! We have a limited coverage area and the minimum order total to qualify is $25.00. We will leave your order in the mailbox or at the front of the residence, unless otherwise noted. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

What is the cost of shipping?

The cost of shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on the weight of your package.

Where do you ship to?

Currently to the United States and Canada.

How do I get updates on the status of my order?

Upon shipping your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if available for you selected shipping method) you can use to track your shipment. 

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

We are sorry this happened! Please contact support@mosaicthelabel.com if your order arrives damaged. 

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Due to COVID-19, please allow additional time for orders to be delivered. All orders are shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. U.S. orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Once your order is placed, a shipment tracking number is emailed to you. 

What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen. Once we have shipped the package, it is the responsibility of the carrier. If you have any questions regarding tracking or shipping, please address them to the carrier you selected at checkout.
